Current inspection structure
An estimate and an inspection are different.
An estimate explains the proposed work and price. An inspection involves evaluating the property or searching for the source. Most wildlife inspections are free, with the specific exceptions below.

Raccoon, skunk, ground squirrel, exclusion and other work are quoted for the actual situation. No unlisted service price should be inferred from these inspection fees.

Arman checks the animal activity, access and any dependent young before recommending a method.
$450 for a suitable one-way-door setup
For raccoons occupying an attic or crawl space when exclusion is appropriate. A flat price regardless of how many animals are inside. We assess dependent young and other openings first.
Entry-point repairs, cleanup, extra equipment and other additional work are quoted separately. Any applicable travel charge is confirmed before approval. The one-year exclusion-repair warranty covers the specific entry points Brave Guys repairs.

Ask about the total, not just one line.
Is every inspection free?
No. Estimates are free and most wildlife inspections are free, but snake inspection is $175 under the applicable pricing structure and dead-animal inspection is $175. Any applicable fee is explained before approval.
Is $175 the total price to remove a snake?
No. The published $175 is a snake inspection fee under the applicable inspection pricing structure. Arman explains the applicable inspection and removal total before work begins.
Does the dead-animal removal range include inspection?
No. The $175 inspection and source-location service is separate from removal, which is generally approximately $100–$300 depending on access, location and decomposition. Confirm the applicable total and scope before work.
What happens if more work is needed?
We explain the findings, proposed additional work and price before asking you to approve it. Extra access work, cleanup, visits or repairs are not silently added to the invoice.
Is there a travel or return-visit fee?
An applicable travel charge is confirmed before dispatch. An existing-customer convenience or service-call fee may be $85 and is explained before approval. That is not a fee for a covered return under the one-year exclusion-repair warranty.
