For raccoons occupying an attic or crawl space when exclusion is appropriate. A flat price regardless of how many animals are inside. We assess dependent young and other openings first.
Entry-point repairs, cleanup, extra equipment and other additional work are quoted separately. Any applicable travel charge is confirmed before approval. The one-year exclusion-repair warranty covers the specific entry points Brave Guys repairs.

Raccoons can use attics and spaces beneath houses as shelter. Scratching, movement or a damaged vent is a reason to investigate, but it does not identify the animal by itself. The inspection connects visible evidence with the part of the property being used.
If dependent young may be present, that changes the removal plan. We explain the proposed approach before starting and avoid closing an occupied space. Trapping or removal and exclusion are quoted as a defined scope, with any cleanup or access work explained separately.

When is a one-way door suitable?
A one-way door can allow raccoons occupying an attic or crawl space to leave through an identified entry and prevent re-entry there. We first assess other openings, access and dependent young. It is not installed in a way that would trap animals inside or separate a mother from young that cannot leave.

Does a raccoon sighting mean I need trapping?
Not necessarily. The first question is whether the animal is passing through, repeatedly accessing a structure or occupying a den. The recommendation follows the evidence.
What if there are babies in the attic?
Tell us about any small-animal sounds or observed family activity. Dependent young affect the method and timing. Our humane approach aims to avoid separating mothers from dependent young whenever reasonably possible and legally appropriate.
Will you repair the hole afterward?
Yes, when it is accessible and included in the approved exclusion scope. The space is cleared first. Repairs we perform carry our one-year exclusion-repair warranty for those specific entry points.
Do you promise to relocate every raccoon?
No. The appropriate handling outcome depends on the animal, site and California requirements. We explain the method rather than promise routine off-site relocation.
