Attic Wildlife Inspection & Removal in Greater Los Angeles

Scratching above the ceiling, a damaged roof vent or visible attic activity deserves a careful inspection. Brave Guys looks for the animal, the access route and signs of dependent young before recommending removal or sealing.

Understand the problem

Connect the attic activity to the outside opening.

An attic problem has two sides: what is happening inside and how an animal may be getting in. Arman reviews the reported activity, accessible interior evidence and relevant roofline or vent openings. Height, layout and access determine how far the inspection can safely go.

Removal, targeted cleanup and exclusion are different parts of a proposal. We explain which areas need attention and what the price includes. Contamination does not automatically mean the entire attic needs a larger project, and inaccessible areas are not presented as inspected.

Repairs follow clearance of the occupied space. The one-year warranty covers the entry points Brave Guys actually repairs; it does not promise that every part of the roof or building is wildlife-proof.

The plan before the work

What happens next

01

Review the evidence

Describe the noise and any visible damage; we inspect the accessible areas relevant to those signs.

02

Agree on removal and cleanup

Discuss the animal, possible young, access limits and any defined cleanup before approving the work.

03

Repair the entry

After clearance, close the agreed openings and explain the specific repaired areas covered by the warranty.

Pricing without surprises

Know the scope before you approve it.

Free estimates; most wildlife inspections are free. Removal, cleanup and exclusion are quoted for the actual attic and access. A suspected dead animal follows the separate dead-animal inspection policy.

Common questions

Before your visit

Does scratching in the attic mean raccoons?

Not necessarily. A sound is a clue. Inspection and physical evidence are needed before identifying a species or choosing a removal plan.

Will you inspect every part of the attic?

The inspection is limited by safe access, layout and obstructions. Arman explains what was accessible and any areas that could not be checked.

Is full attic cleanup always necessary?

No automatic whole-attic scope is assumed. Findings and the affected area guide any cleanup or disinfection recommendation, and you approve it before work.

Can you close a damaged vent?

Relevant vents and roofline openings can be included in an exclusion quote when accessible and appropriate. The occupied space is cleared before sealing.

1 YEAR

1-Year Brave Guys Exclusion Warranty

We stand behind the entry points we repair.

If an animal breaks through or re-enters through an entry point Brave Guys repaired within one year of completion, we will return, address or remove the animal as necessary, and repair that same entry point again at no additional charge.

Applies only to qualifying exclusion and entry-point closure work performed by Brave Guys, not automatically to every pest-control service. New openings elsewhere and entry points we did not repair are outside this warranty.
