Wildlife Exclusion & Entry-Point Repairs in Greater Los Angeles

Removing the animal is one part of the job. Exclusion addresses the openings it used to get in. Brave Guys explains which entry points need repair, clears the occupied space and closes the agreed openings with a one-year warranty on that work.

Understand the problem

A repair scope you can point to.

The quote identifies the openings included in the job and the proposed repair. Materials and attachment depend on the structure, the animal and access. We explain unrelated maintenance or additional openings separately so you can see what the approved price includes.

Sealing comes after clearance. An empty-looking opening is not enough if an animal or dependent young could still be inside. Arman considers the activity and removal plan before closing the space. Our humane policy and the repair warranty work together: address the current animal responsibly, then stand behind the agreed repair.

Address the animal and any dependent young; agree on the repair areas and price before sealing.

Pricing without surprises

Know the scope before you approve it.

Exclusion estimates are free. Repair prices depend on the number of openings, access, materials and agreed work. Removal, cleanup and repairs are explained separately when they are separate parts of the proposal.

Common questions

Before your visit

What does the one-year warranty cover?

If an animal breaks through or re-enters through an entry point Brave Guys repaired within one year of completion, we return, address or remove the animal as necessary, and repair that same entry point again at no additional charge.

Does that cover a new opening elsewhere?

No. The warranty follows the specific exclusion repairs Brave Guys performs. New openings elsewhere and entry points we did not repair are outside that coverage.

Can you seal the opening today?

Only when exclusion is appropriate, the scope is approved, the space is clear and scheduling allows. An active den or dependent young can change the timing.

Do you have to repair every gap on the building?

The inspection and proposal explain which openings are relevant. You approve the actual repair scope. We do not automatically turn a single entry-point repair into a whole-building project.

1 YEAR

1-Year Brave Guys Exclusion Warranty

We stand behind the entry points we repair.

If an animal breaks through or re-enters through an entry point Brave Guys repaired within one year of completion, we will return, address or remove the animal as necessary, and repair that same entry point again at no additional charge.

Applies only to qualifying exclusion and entry-point closure work performed by Brave Guys, not automatically to every pest-control service. New openings elsewhere and entry points we did not repair are outside this warranty.
