The promise
Covered re-entry means we return.
If an animal breaks through or re-enters through an entry point Brave Guys repaired within one year of completion, we will return, address or remove the animal as necessary, and repair that same entry point again at no additional charge.
A new or unrepaired opening
Applies only to qualifying exclusion and entry-point closure work performed by Brave Guys, not automatically to every pest-control service. New openings elsewhere and entry points we did not repair are outside this warranty. This is not a promise that the whole property will remain free of wildlife.
If you notice activity again
Contact Arman with the location.
Text your name, service address, the repaired area and what you noticed. Include the repair date or original job details if you have them. A photo can help if it is safe to take one; there is no need to approach an animal or enter an unsafe space.
Arman will review whether the activity is connected to the repaired point and explain the next step. If you do not have the original job details handy, contact us anyway.

What starts the one-year period?
Coverage runs for one year after completion of the specific exclusion repair performed by Brave Guys.
Does it have to be the same animal?
No. If an animal breaks through or re-enters through the entry point Brave Guys repaired within the covered year, the promise applies to that repaired point.
Is the return visit charged separately?
There is no additional charge for the covered return, addressing or removing the animal as necessary, and repairing that same entry point again.
What if an animal enters through a different opening?
A new opening elsewhere or an entry point Brave Guys did not repair is outside this warranty. Arman will explain any separate work and price before you approve it.
