Crawl-Space Wildlife Inspection & Removal in Greater Los Angeles

Movement below the floor, a damaged crawl-space door or an odor coming into the house can have different causes. Brave Guys checks the accessible space and exterior entry points to separate an active animal from a carcass, residual odor or an unconfirmed source.

Understand the problem

Find the source before choosing the job.

The room where you notice a smell or noise may not show where the animal entered. A useful inspection reviews the foundation perimeter, relevant vents, access doors and the parts of the crawl space that can safely be reached.

Skunks, raccoons and opossums can require different handling plans. If young may be present, removal and sealing must account for them. If a dead animal is suspected, source-location work follows the separate dead-animal inspection policy.

Arman explains what he found, any access limits and the recommended work. Removal, targeted disinfection and entry-point repairs are specified in the approved scope. We do not promise instant removal of every absorbed odor or imply that inaccessible areas were cleaned.

The plan before the work

What happens next

01

Check access and openings

Review the exterior perimeter and safe crawl-space access around the reported problem.

02

Identify the source

Distinguish current wildlife activity, a possible carcass and residual odor before recommending work.

03

Clear and repair

Complete the approved removal or source work, then repair the agreed entry points after clearance.

Pricing without surprises

Know the scope before you approve it.

Most wildlife inspections are free. Dead-animal inspection is $175; removal is generally approximately $100–$300 depending on access, location and decomposition. Confirm the applicable total and scope before work.

Common questions

Before your visit

Should I close the crawl-space door now?

Do not block a suspected active entry before the space is checked for an animal or dependent young. The removal and exclusion plan should establish clearance first.

Does a strong smell mean the animal is dead?

Not always. A live animal, spray, contamination or a carcass can produce different odor problems. Inspection is needed rather than assuming the source from smell alone.

Can you remove an animal from a tight crawl space?

That depends on safe access and the exact location. Arman assesses the limits and explains the feasible scope before work begins.

Are the repairs included automatically?

No. The proposal explains removal, cleanup and repairs so you know what is included. The one-year warranty applies to the specific exclusion repairs Brave Guys performs.

1 YEAR

1-Year Brave Guys Exclusion Warranty

We stand behind the entry points we repair.

If an animal breaks through or re-enters through an entry point Brave Guys repaired within one year of completion, we will return, address or remove the animal as necessary, and repair that same entry point again at no additional charge.

Applies only to qualifying exclusion and entry-point closure work performed by Brave Guys, not automatically to every pest-control service. New openings elsewhere and entry points we did not repair are outside this warranty.
